*An accompanying person is a spouse, friend or adult child (18 years old or older) who is not working in a science related occupation or field. A colleague or associate working in a related sciences field or a student in a chemistry and/or physics related program may not attend the conference as an accompanying person.
– Accompanying persons have to register to the same registration form provided for participants.
– All accompanying persons will be required to wear their name badge at the meals they attend.
The Conference fee for regular participants includes:
- Attendance to the scientific sessions
- Social dinner
- Welcome aperitivo, brunches and coffee breaks
- Electronic Book of Abstract
- Certificate of attendance
The Conference fee for accompanying person includes:
- Welcome aperitivo, social dinner and brunches
Certificate of Attendance: Upon request, the participants of the event will receive an electronic Certificate of Attendance by email once the event is concluded.
Please note that participants are responsible for accomodation and travel fees.
